Due to the perishable nature of our product you are responsible for providing a correct address with a safe drop off point for your order and for opening your order and transferring foods to a refrigerator or freezer in a timely manner. Refunds cannot be issued for orders undeliverable because of an incorrect address, change of address, refusal of delivery, or person not available if signature is required for delivery, or for products spoiled or damaged after delivery to the designated address.
CANCELATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you have made an error in your order or otherwise need to cancel or change something, please contact us immediately at email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate you. Once a package has shipped we are unable to make changes or cancelations. Dom’s reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, and will issue a refund of amounts paid for canceled orders.
We use cold packaging to send you products that we expect will arrive below 40 degrees Fahrenheit and in good condition, but no process is perfect. If you believe you have received a product that has not arrived fresh or is at a temperature over 40 degrees Fahrenheit, or are otherwise not satisfied with your order, please document the problem as well as you can using photos and/or videos and contact Dom’s immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with as much information as you can provide. Reported problems will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please do not return products to us. We are not able to accept returned packages.
